Steps to ensure your vacation get-away:
1. Check our calender for availability. (Other people may be inquiring about the same dates you are interested in, however the first inquirer to have the rental agreement, and reservation deposit will be the one to secure the dates.)
2. Send an inquiry to newhampshirehouse@cox.net
3. Download our Rental Agreement
4. Send a signed copy of the rental agreement along with deposit to the address listed on the renal agreement and a copy of a driver’s license.
5. Once the rental agreement is reviewed, the dates will be reserved as yours. (Rental balance, taxes, and cleaning costs will we due 14 days prior to occupancy.)
6. Start packing your bags and planning your getaway. Enjoy!
